Hollywood Park is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable family-friendly entertainment experience for our guests. In order to ensure everyone at Hollywood Park can enjoy themselves free from distraction or interruption, we ask that all guests act respectfully towards others, practice courtesy, and adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
- Refrain from unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior. Verbally or physically harassing any person is prohibited.
- Refrain from use of foul or abusive language or obscene gestures, language, actions or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage violence, a confrontation or threat of physical harm.
- Wear appropriate clothing at all times, free of obscene, offensive or inflammatory messages.
- The unauthorized sale of products or services, distribution of advertising or promotional materials and/or conducting surveys or marketing research is prohibited.
- Dispose of waste and trash in the appropriate trash receptacles. Rummaging through or removing items from trash receptacles is prohibited.
- Destroying, drawing on or defacing (including with stickers) any property is prohibited.
- Consume alcoholic beverages only in permitted areas in a responsible manner. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Hollywood Park is a drug-free and smoke-free environment. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
- Pets or other animals, except dogs and ADA service animals, are prohibited at Hollywood Park. Permitted animals must be on a leash and under the control of owner at all times. Dog/animal waste must be picked up and disposed of properly in the appropriate trash receptacles.
- Unauthorized filming and photography is prohibited.
- Solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise, or conducting any unauthorized commercial activities, including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations, are prohibited.
- Private parties or events in public spaces at Hollywood Park are prohibited without prior authorization from Hollywood Park management.
- The following items are prohibited at Hollywood Park:
- Air horns, amplified music and loudspeakers bullhorns, or other artificial noisemakers
- Balls of any type, frisbees or similar throwable items (with the exception of basketballs that are permitted only at The Court)
- Banners or signs
- Drones, remote-controlled unmanned aerial vehicles or other similar motorized vehicles/devices (including remote-control toys)
- Drugs (including marijuana) or other illegal substances/paraphernalia and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco)
- Firearms, knives or weapons of any type (tasers, nunchaku, pepper spray, mace, expandable batons, etc.)
- Fireworks or other incendiary devices
- Lawn chairs or rigid-framed seating devices
- Laser pointers
- Obscene, offensive, and inflammatory clothing
- Stickers
- Tents
- Transmitters, radars, lasers, beacons, cellular triangulation, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, magnetic or barometric technologies, or geographic information systems of any kind to capture geographic location or spatial data for commercial use
- Micromobility vehicles (motorized, electric or human-powered) are prohibited from being used. Guests must dismount the vehicle and either walk or carry it around the premises, and cannot obstruct emergency exits, walkways, store entrances and exits. Examples of micromobility vehicles include:
- Bicycles
- Hoverboard
- One wheels
- Roller shoes, also referred to as Heelys or Street Gliders
- Rollerblades & Roller Skates
- Scooters
- Segways
- Skateboards
- Unicycles
